Cute Carlie and her new friend Sophie were so much fun to shoot!  Carlie is such a diva and had me working the camera to get all her poses and little Sophie was such a good sport in this Texas heat!

This little lady is so precious! We shot for 3 hours and she was sound asleep the whole time. Her mom had the cutest outfits and bows for every pose. I just can't get enough of her!  I hope you guys enjoy this little love as much as I did.

Smells like Heaven!

Well, we are back in action!  Jayvia, Jett and I had a 12 day vaca in Utah and it was a blast! As soon as I got off the plane I could smell the fresh summer air. I looked over to Jay and said oh it smells so good here and Jay said oh yes mommy it smells like Heaven!  Every time,  I go back I think it gets more beautiful!  It was my 10 year high school reunion so I planned a girls trip to Vegas and Jay and Jett got to stay with Grammie Nat all by themselves! Of course that's what my mom thought until all the other aunts and uncles came and stole them!  The babes played from morning until night outside. Jayvia finally got her cowgirl boots dirty by riding the pony. She also collected eggs from the chickens, fed the cows, chased the sheep and ran all day with the cousins.  We sure love visiting Gammie Nat and Grannie Nini!

Sisters First Communion

These little girls are the most beautiful girls I really have ever seen! The dresses were amazing and these gorgeous girls were so well mannered and just so SWEET!

Amanda and George Engaged! (Houston Engagement photographer)

This is George and Amanda! Oh, how I adore them. They actually live in our neighborhood and I met Amanda through our ladies BUNCO group.  She is a Teacher and has her own business of fabulous sweets so if you need something yummy check out her website here Pretzels Pleaze.
George also just went through the Houston Police academy and is a serious self made photoshop genuis! I went over for a private PS lesson and learned so much! Anyways, I have really gotten to love these two!  They have been together since the 8th grade and are really one of those couples that are just cool to hang with. I am so happy they are engaged and starting a family.

13!

Remember when you turned 13!?  It was SUCH an awkward stage for me but these girls don't seem to be having any problems! Look how Gorgeous everyone is! This shoot was so much fun. They started out in a hot pink limo and we ended up having our own dance party dead center of the Market street square.

Happy Easter!

I'm BIG on family tradition and every holiday I am away is very hard for me.
Growing up in Utah we would go to this place called Green Hollow, a name my grandma made up so us kids would think we were going to some magical Easter land. I still call it that BTW! It was a piece of property not far from my where we lived. All of us kids would pile in the back of Grandpas truck and drive through a bright green field, down a hill to a clearing of trees and long grass.  My uncles would bring their horses and go carts and all the moms would hide candy and Easter eggs everywhere!  I remember thinking we really were in a magical place.  Gramps would take all the boys to find tree branches that we could roast our hot dogs on and all of us would play I'm the king of  the castle on all the big sand hills.  I hope my kids will have as much fun as I did growing up! These two really are some of my favorite people. Today was such a blast, well... besides the 100 degrees weather outside and getting bit by fire ants :)  I think we got a lot of cute ones.  She seriously has the best looking preggers belly I have ever seen!
